We, all people living in the United States of America from the district Nuwakot-Nepal, having a firm belief in democracy, human rights, and press freedom as an initiative to enhancing the bilateral relationship through mutual partnership in strengthening social and cultural harmonies, this bylaws for Nuwakot America Contact Committee, as required by law, in order to govern the organization, has been proclaimed to adhere all the provisions in the fullest extent of its letters and spirit. Name of the Organization: Nuwakot America Samparka Samiti, America [In English: Nuwakot America Liaison Committee, America (NALCA)] . Nuwakot America Samparka Samiti, America, is registered in Oakland, California, and any other States in the USA as required under prevailing laws. In accordance with prevailing United States of America’s Laws, this organization functions in accordance with its bylaws. It works according to the law of the land in case of discrepancy with government laws.
