Who we are?
We, all people living in the United States of America from the district Nuwakot-Nepal, having a firm belief in democracy, human rights, and press freedom as an initiative to enhancing the bilateral relationship through mutual partnership in strengthening social and cultural harmonies, this bylaws for Nuwakot America Contact Committee, as required by law, in order to govern the organization, has been proclaimed to adhere all the provisions in the fullest extent of its letters and spirit. Name of the Organization: Nuwakot America Samparka Samiti, America [In English: Nuwakot America Liaison Committee, America (NALCA)] . Nuwakot America Samparka Samiti, America, is registered in Oakland, California, and any other States in the USA as required under prevailing laws. In accordance with prevailing United States of America’s Laws, this organization functions in accordance with its bylaws. It works according to the law of the land in case of discrepancy with government laws.

Mission
Striving for an equitable society, we support and strengthen sustainable development through a democratic approach among the vulnerable population through: Capacitating women, youth, children through sustainable development initiatives and programs. Sharing knowledge and building capabilities, offering guidance and support to Community Based Organization (CBO) in sustainable and capacity development.
Goals/Objectives
To encourage and facilitate the mobilization of Nepali Americans and the American resources for supporting NRN-Nuwakot and the community in Nuwakot. To encourage, facilitate and implement towards the overall development of Nuwakot. To raise and donate financial resources nationally and internationally. To support and assist in the humanitarian and relief work during the time of disaster and human suffering, including but not limited to any sort of natural calamity directly or in cooperation with other national and global organizations or individuals. To preserve & promote Nepalese identity ,culture, language ,social & cultural values, norms & manner. To assist with the local economy & environmental development.
